Wishlist Wednesday

I know you ALL dearly, sorely, irrevocably missed wishlist wednesday last week... So I will double up this week and tell you two things of lusty wantmanship today!

First order of business:

The new CHANEL nail colors... queue nail porn...













I've never seen a trio of more beautiful, more genius, more subtle, iridescent colors in my life. I would scour my boobs off with an SOS pad for the trio, but I would settle for Peridot, the iridescent green. They're just so damn expensive... And in my experience, Chanel nail colors chip so quickly... I much prefer OPI and Essie and Sally Hansen, even, but goddamn, but I need this trio of Chanel colors this season.

And the second order of business:



Guess what! I'm bleaching my eyebrows! Stay tuned...

Pink Flamingo

If I ever get to do a shoot with a live flamingo-- I will be able to die happy.

Turns out, they're not just trailer park lawn ornaments.

Five Dolla Suede Pants

I should be a professional thrifter, really. I'm so good, I even scare myself. A couple weeks ago I popped into a small thrift shop on Adams Ave here in San Diego and alighted upon a pair of Ralph Lauren BUTTERY-BISCUIT-SOFT whiskey-colored high-waisted suede pants for FIVE DOLLARS. You know how wearing leather pants can be squeaky and hard to bend your kness, like Barbie? Well wearing these is like rolling in Crisco.

Getting tired of the fedora yet? Too bad, because I'm not!

Not only are the pants suede, but the heels, too! They are s/s 2005 Prada! They're as old as the hills.
